Unable to pay back the borrowed loan being unemployed at present, how to overcome the problem?

3 years ago I got a credit card and loan from bank and now I am unemployed since 3 months. I have no money to pay for it; still banks are charging their usual sum. I don’t understand what I am supposed to do. I made a claim for benefits available for me, still for it I will have to wait for another 3 weeks; I don’t have that much time. People have suggested me to get crisis loan but I don’t want the debts to increase further as I don’t have any means to pay for it.

First of all you should try your best and get a job meanwhile you should contact debt advice line. They will provide you with information on how to lower debt interest rate also the repayment can be awaited or monthly payments reduced. If this solves your problem it’s definitely all right. Otherwise to pay for the loan and other necessary expenses you can borrow loans for unemployed people, as the name suggests it is particularly for unemployed with favorable terms and conditions, this will not increase your debts rather help you pay that. Once you get into job, it can easily be repaid within 10 or more years.
