If I can’t repay my payday loans ?

I have taken payday loan 2 weeks ago. If I will not pay my payday loans then what happens. With my bad economy I have decided to leave this. Is this happen?

Rasi15 		This is very risky. You can be sued in civil court and liable for the damage. Company will try to threaten you but they cannot arrest you. If they are doing so then immediately you contact your local state attorney. You can consult with the legal ground. If you have signed a contact then you are legally bounded for court. Hence you are legally responsible for paying it back. The fees and interest will keep going on so it's a good idea to get it paid as soon as possible.

Really, it is good to pay no teletrack payday loans soon. If you want more time then you can extend your time but for that you have to pay more interest rate for this.
