I think I am duped after borrowing payday loan from e-payday, can anybody help me?

I took payday loan from e-payday, following which $90 is withdrawn from my account every payday. It continued for 6 weeks as I get pay after two weeks, so it went to $270. When withdrawing for the third time, the balance amount was $390. Later I decided to pay the entire loan but they already withdrew $90, so I thought only 300 more is to be paid but still balance remained to be 390. Further I have to pay $140, in total repaying $1110 for a $300 loan. I feel duped, can anybody help me?

suzita 		Actually, it’s not good to hear about what happened and you have been duped in payday loan scam. But, all <a href="http://www.sameday-paydayloans.co.uk">same day payday loan</a> lenders are not the same, have you make bit of attempt and been careful from your side such a problem would not have arose. I don’t think any legal procedures can be filed against them because they will never stop from getting the money back as per the interest mentioned in the contract.

Still, they are certain points to be borne in mind in order to avoid repeating the same mistake again and again. Don’t forget to check the seal of CFSA (community financial service association) on the site from where borrowing the loan. It is a sign for their authenticity being a regulatory body of Government to keep an eye on lending companies.
